Welcome to the bodylabs

health & fitness to suit YOU!

Welcome to Mi-Time!

Thank you for visiting our website!

On the website, you can find general information about what we do.

Please note that The Bodylabs recently changed it's name to Mi-Time Wellbeing Ltd.

If you try to reach the Mi-Time website, you are redirected here for the time being until we have created the new website. So for the time being  the Mi-Time and The Bodylabs information is the same.

The website also has specific information for all of you who are already attending one of the Bodylabs classes:

  • Information about where and when The Bodylabs classes run can be found under the "classes and schedules" tab.
  • The "homework" sessions (if you cannot make it to a class) are entered under "Client Page"

The last class of this year will be in the SCDC in Cambourne on 19th December, except for my class in The Barn on 28th December.

The first class in the New Year will be on 3rd January in CCC Cottenham (7:30 pm class only).

To check when your class finishes and starts again, you can check the up-to-date schedule on Classfinder, via the button below.

NEW is the live timetable on the Classfinder website, which shows the classes per day per venue. There are additional features on this website, which I will explain on the client page, but if you just want to check when and if a class in on, please click on the link below:

New to The Bodylabs?

It does not matter if you are new to exercise or are already fit, The Bodylabs offers classes for all levels:

- There are classes for which you need to sign up for a term

- There are plenty of walk-in and pay-as-you-go classes too (£6 per session)

- There is a special "men-only" Pilates class

- Miranda is available for one-to-one sessions

- etc

If you are not sure which class would be most suitable for you, please just send me an email (miranda@thebodylabs.co.uk) or click at the contact us link.

But whatever you decide, be sure to bring a smile! We work hard in the classes, but that does not mean we don't have time for a laugh. First and foremost, your exercise class needs to be fun. Life is too short to have it any other way!
