On the website, you can find general information about what we do at The Bodylabs.

The website also has specific information for all of you who are already attending one of the Bodylabs classes:

  • Information about where and when The Bodylabs classes run can be found under the "classes and schedules" tab.
  • The "homework" sessions (if you cannot make it to a class) are entered under "Client Page"

We are currently running the second half of the term running up to the Christmas break in the Colleges.  I will try to keep you informed as we go along with start times of terms, breaks, extra classes, etc. 

In 2012 I will add some new classes that I am currently developing to the schedule, so watch this space!  For more information, please visit the class schedule.

 

The first term of FlexAware classes are now nearing the end and have been very successful. I will be looking to add more FlexAware sessions to the schedule.
